Version 5.7 General Release Obtain Qedit for Windows 5.7 today and unlock the power of your HP e3000, HP 9000, and Windows servers right from your Windows desktop. The new version has a number of fixes for various problems. In conjunction with the HP-UX server, you can now use shadow passwords on HP-UX. Keep in mind that some of these enhancements and fixes require the 5.7 server. Download client. See What's New in the 5.7 client, March 2007. Note that you will need Qedit Server 5.7 or later to access all of the new features in this version. The production release always includes changes implemented in earlier pre-releases. There is currently no pre-release version of Qedit for Windows as we just installed Qedit for Windows 5.7 into production.
